Background:
Drake Timmons was born in the Appalachian Mountains during the great blizzard of '83. His mother, who didn't want him to begin with, was stuck on the side of the road and had him in her 1980 Delta 88 Oldsmobile. She never wanted Drake because he was not mutually conceived and was afraid that the "father" would one day recruit him to be part of the gang that he belonged to. So she ran where away so she would never again have to see the man that had done this to her. Upon giving birth to Drake, while she held him close in her arms, passed away from the cold. Police a found Drake the next day, still curled up with his mother, cold and on the edge of death himself. He was sent to a hospital to be looked at and from there he went to live in Saint Mary's Orphange in St. Louis Missouri. He lived there until a family that could not have children of their own came one day.

The husband and wife looked at many children but none fit their liking. Losing hope they started to leave when they heard a voice being raised at a child. They peeked through the doorway to see what kind of mischief this child must have caused. The child was now 4 years old. He was being punished because he had thrown a chalkboard eraser at the nun when she had beaten him at tic tac toe. The couple laughed at the sillyness of the whole ordeal but there was something about the boy that struck the husband. He saw a raw essence about him that he could really be someone one day. A leader? A soldier? Though he didn't know what exactly it was, he just knew that they had found the child they were looking for. In 1987 The Steiner's; Richard and Claire, adopted Drake.

Richard, a military man that was on leave at the time of finding Drake, now had another reason to want to get out of the military. In 1998 he left the military to be a full time father to his new adopted son. Claire, which took care of everything in the home, was more than thrilled to have not only her husband back for good but now richly embraced their child. Richard spent the next years of his life when not working as a mechanic to teach Drake everything he knew about combat training and even a few things while they watched wrestling together. He wanted the boy to be prepared if anything was to go wrong. Richard always talked about being a wrestler but at his age he wouldn't be able to. So instead he taught Drake everything he knew about wrestling, martial arts, and even some pressure points. Drake was growing up to be a well rounded little soldier. That is until a serious injury sidelined Richard.

Not too much later Drake started getting into trouble because he thought it was "cool." He started hanging out with a gang. The father kept demanding that Drake go to the military but Drake refused. On September 11, 2001 Drake was in his senior year in high school. The school had turned on the tv to watch the usual morning hs news when the report came out about an airplane hitting the World Trade Center. Infuriated at this he got up and walked out of school. He came home to talk to his father about enlisting in the army. Pleased but very skeptical the father made some phone calls to get Drake on the first plane to basic training.

Basic training flew by and before he knew it he was off to Iraq. Drake made friends fairly easy, although for some reason Drake was the only one who never feared death. He was always the first one into battle and the last one out. The military found out was that out of all the things that had to be Drake's downfall, it would be his anger. Once angry he did not listen to reason, he would have to be thrown in the brig until he cooled off. One day on a mission he was attempting to do recon on a village that had many P.O.W.'s. While doing surveilance he witnessed a young woman get executed. Drake snapped. The commanding officer tried to restrain him, but to no avail the commander got knocked out. A second P.O.W. died because of a stray bullet in the cross fire. Drake managed to save the 13/15 people but was court martialled, and dishonerably discharged. Drake got blamed for the 12 year old boy that died.

While Drake spent the next few years in military prison he made friends with his counselor. Knowing that Drake more than anything wanted to please his father one day asked him, "what a better way to make your parents proud than to have your them watch YOU wrestling on tv?" Drake at first laughed but as time went by his laughing went away and the idea stuck in his head. The day that Drake was to be released from prison he waited outside the gates for his parents to come get him. He was breathing the air of a free man finally and loving the fact that he could start his life anew. The day drew on and on. Richard and Claire had not come yet... and they wouldn't. Little did Drake know that on their way to pick him up they were struck by a drunk driver and killed. Determined to make his mother and father proud he decided to make something of his life, since military didn't work out for him he guessed professional wrestling was the next best thing. He knew that his dad loved 4 things in this world: His mom, him, the military, and wrestling. That next week he enrolled into Extreme Global Wrestling.


Gimmick: He is chivalrious, but devious. Nice, but conniving. Not the greatest idea to make him mad... It won't bode well for you.
